Great lodge with friendly, helpful staff. Located in a small town with lots of dining options and close to the national park. I suggest you pre pay. They had us pay in chilean pesos, which resulted un a big tax that we could have avoided by pre paying in US dollars.

Lovely spot for touring the region
We had a lovely 3 night stay. The staff were amazing making sure we were happy and enjoyed this great location with multiple day trip suggestions. The breakfasts were amazing as well with delicious locally baked bread and pastries which changed every day!

Macarena greeted us as we drove in w/o reservations and proceeded to check us in to a nice (albeit small) room overlooking 1 of 2 local volcanos. Quite the view!!! She sent guides and recommended outings via WhatsApp including nearby Rincon de La Ensenada which we enjoyed as well. After a rich and satisfying breakfast Macarena filled us in on several top spots in National Park to hike and view, making for jewel-of-a- day.

Macarena and Rodrigo went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is a very cute lodge that is absolutely beautifully designed. This is a family business that is driven by love to the local nature and you will feel this love in every second you stay here.

Comfortable beds and reasonable-sized bathroom, good (in-bath-) shower and nice breakfast with friendly service all around. We did find the rooms fairly small (could barely walk around the bed with the suitcases open) and sadly they placed us right next to the only other occupied room in the hotel which caused us a bad night‘s sleep on account of some heavy snoring Hotel has an informative guest brochure provided at booking and extra services (hot tub, sauna, massage); considering that all other hotels we staid in in Chile provide hot tub service free of charge, a fee of CLP 40,000 for 90 minutes appears rather excessive (we had just spent half a day at Termas del Sol in Puelo with 10 outdoor pools etc for 32,000 by comparison…). Maybe this aspect can be reconsidered.. All in all we did enjoy our stay and can recommend this hotel to explore this lovely area.
